The seeker person wears a wrist band on each wrist. It is their job to find the keeper and gently tag them with open hands and say “surrender”.
This changes their team to the keeper team and starts the play over with a fly off.
Players can move anywhere within the specified boundries.

Only the flyer team can pick the ball up when it lands on the floor or ground and must fly it to the keeper team again.

The seeker can tag a player if he thinks they are the keeper and say “surrender”, if they have the ball they must surrender it. If they do not have the keeper ball they call “foul !”, game play continues, the seeker gives the wrist bands to another team member and sits out the remainder of the time until there is a change of possession or a score.

In the event of a penalty there is either a free fly from where the offended player stands or a loss of possession and a new fly off.

The free fly is when the referee gives the ball or balls to the offended player and a player of his choice, (if more then one flyer ball is in play), the whistle blows again and all play resumes.
The players must remain within the specified boundaries, if out of bounds they must sit out the remainder of the time until a score or loss of possession. If the keeper is out of bounds the keeper ball goes to the opposing team and play resumes with a fly off.
