I was introduced to Satryan Ball at the 2005 IAHPERD conference. My strength and conditioning , 11 and 12 grade students, usually do conditioning / sport activities on Tues. / Thurs. Once every 2-3 weeks we let them play a "fun" sport activity to break up the monotony of the condition. They choose Satrayn Ball every time. Great game. The students get a great workout and are drenched in sweat at the conclusion of class.

My kids love the Satryan Ball without playing the game. They use it outside to throw instead of Frisbees. The wind bothers the Frisbees but not the Satryan Ball.
